5. After the installation, the dry running test acceptance

After the equipment is installed, the air operation test is carried out. The equipment management department cooperates with the process department and the use department to maintain the accuracy of equipment installation, whether the equipment transmission, operation, control, lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic and other systems are normal, sensitive and reliable. Check and record the technical parameters and operating status parameters (such as noise, vibration, etc.) and sign the no-load test acceptance report if necessary.

6. After installation, load test acceptance

The main inspection equipment is within the specified load range and the working capacity under load. It can be combined with the actual product processing test of the enterprise. 8. Completion acceptance of equipment installation engineering

The equipment management department is the mainstay, and the relevant personnel such as the process, use, inspection and installation departments participate in the phase-by-stage inspection record, the dry-run test, the load test, the accuracy inspection record, and refer to the relevant installation quality standards and agreement requirements. After the qualification is confirmed and confirmed, the installation department fills in the equipment installation completion acceptance form, and the equipment management department and the use department jointly sign the contract and can be completed. After the boilers, pressure vessels, inflammable and explosive equipment, highly toxic production equipment, manned tools, radioactive materials and other equipment are installed, they should also be inspected and approved by the relevant inspection and supervision department designated by the State before final acceptance.

The acceptance work at all stages should be meticulous, serious, and carefully recorded. If necessary, you can take photos and video for evidence. Foreign equipment should also be inspected by the State Commodity Inspection Department. For the installation adjustment problem, the relevant responsible department should be arranged to correct it in time.
