DC high voltage generator is an instrument for DC high voltage test of zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic blowing surge arresters, power cables, generators, transformers, switches and other equipment. It is used in power departments, power plants of factories and mines, scientific research units, railways, chemicals, and power plants. The application is very extensive. So how should the DC high voltage generator be properly maintained after use?
1. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank once every six months. The oil must use the recommended model;
2. Clean the oil tank and air filter when replacing hydraulic oil;
3. In the hot season, check frequently (when the oil temperature ≥ 45 degrees) whether the cooling device starts automatically. (The cooling water temperature must be below 30 degrees)
4. Always check the oil filter signal light of the DC high-voltage generator. When the signal light is on (at the same time the buzzer will sound), immediately clean the oil filter;
5. Fill the lubrication points of the mechanical transmission part of the equipment as required;
6. Observe the liquid condition frequently. When the liquid level is close to the lower limit, please add the recommended hydraulic oil to the oil tank in time;
7. Frequently check the dust-proof devices everywhere and find that they are damaged or the connection is loose. It should be handled in time to prevent sand and dust from entering and damaging the equipment.
