The main reasons for the partial arching of wooden floors are the following:

(1) The moisture content of the top floor wood floor is high or low. When it is too high, the wood floor will lose moisture in the dry air, and the cross section will shrink, and the warp will occur. When the floor is low, the wood floor will absorb the moisture of the air and cause arching.

(2) The fine stone concrete or thermal insulation materials laid between the wooden joists are not dry. After the floor is laid, the drums will be deformed after absorbing moisture.

(3) Ventilation holes are left in the unpatched moisture-proof layer or the floor of the floor for four weekends. The internal moisture cannot be discharged in time after the surface layer board is laid.

(4) When the material floor is opened, the gap or gap is too small, and after the moisture expands, the surface layer board will be drummed and deformed.

In order to prevent the surface of the water floor from bulging and deforming, the following points must be strictly adhered to during the construction of the wooden floor:

(1) Control the moisture content of wood floor, the moisture content should not exceed 12%.

(2) The fine stone concrete or thermal insulation material that is poured between the wooden joists must be dried before laying the floor.

(3) Reasonably set vent holes. Wooden trellis should be connected to the hole and trough, and connected to the floor surface ventilation hole, no less than two air holes in the floor surface layer, not less than two on each side of the skirting board ventilation hole, the ventilation hole should be kept open, in order to facilitate Air circulation.

(4) wooden floor under the board (that is, wool floor), board seams should be properly opened, usually 2 ~ 5mm, the surface should be planed, adjacent panels should be staggered, around the wall from about 10 ~ 15mm.

(5) A gap of 10mm shall be left between the surface layer of the wood and the wall, and the material shall be sealed with a skirting board or kickboard.
