Foaming aluminum sheet surface causes foaming and treatment methods

I. Causes of extruded product bubbles and peeling:
1. Extrusion cylinder, extrusion pad wear is poor, the size of extrusion cylinder and squeeze pad is not properly matched, and the difference between the diameters of two gaskets used exceeds the allowable value;
2. The squeeze tube and the squeeze pad are dirty, with oil, moisture, graphite, etc.;
3. Lubricating oil contains water;
4. There are too many troughs on the surface of the ingot, too deep, or there are pores, blisters on the surface of the ingot, loose structure, oil stains, etc.;
5. When replacing the alloy, the inside of the barrel is not clean;
6. Extrusion barrel temperature and extrusion ingot temperature are too high;
7. Ingot temperature, size exceeds allowable negative deviation;
8. The ingot is too long, the filling is too fast, the temperature of the ingot is uneven, and the non-drum filling is caused, so the exhaust in the cylinder is incomplete, or the operation is not proper, and the exhaust process is not performed;
9. The design of the die hole is unreasonable, or the residual material is improperly cut. The residue in the diverging hole and the diversion hole is partially taken out, and the gas in the void enters the surface during the extrusion.
II. Elimination method:
1. Reasonably design the fit size of the extrusion cylinder and the extrusion gasket, often check the tool size, ensure compliance with the requirements, and promptly repair the extrusion of the large belly of the extrusion cylinder; the extrusion pad must not exceed the tolerance;
2. Tools, ingot surface kept clean, smooth and dry;
3. When replacing the alloy, thoroughly clean the cylinder;
4. Check the equipment and equipment frequently to prevent overheating and excessive speed;
5. Strictly implement the process regulations and various systems;
6. Reasonable design, manufacture tooling, diversion holes and diverting holes are designed to have a degree of inclination of 1 degree to 3 degrees;
7. Strict operation, correct cutting of the residual material and complete exhaust.
