The post-granulation addition process refers to a feed production process in which the formula feed containing the main component is pressed and formed by a granulator and then added with oil, molasses or a trace component. The post-granulation addition process is suitable for the addition of components which are not conducive to the granulation process or which are more lost during the tempering and granulation process. For example, in the process of intense processing, vitamins, enzymes, probiotics, etc., under high temperature and high humidity conditions, the activity loss is large, and the retention rate after granulation is low. Some pharmaceutical additives are added before granulation, which tends to cause drug residues on the production line, causing cross-contamination. The larger fat and molasses addition ratio hinders the formation of feed compaction. By adding the addition of these components from granulation to granulation, the above problems can be finitely avoided.
