The ORLITA metering pump is a motor-driven reciprocating pump that controls the amount of fluid. Applications General metering pumps used in industrial fields such as: oil and gas drilling and drilling; refinery; petrochemical; chemical industry special metering pump used in the manufacturing industry: valveless piston metering pump DR for the measurement of the highest viscosity medium; Membrane pumps with the highest pressure MhS Metering pumps for the production of LDPE LDPE can be used in (CIP / SIP, high viscosity medium): the food industry, the confectionery industry, the milk industry, the cosmetics industry, the pharmaceutical industry batch delivery The ORLITA metering pump is perfectly suited for dosing batches and is based on alternating cycles of limited stroke, with the possibility of counting the stroke volume. This counting method can simply set the batch amount. The distinguishing feature of the characteristic is that a flow value can be reached at multiple output pressures. The flow of the metering pump is linear with the set stroke length and stroke frequency. This linear relationship provides us with a very simple way of adjusting the volume. Crankshaft Drives The ORLITA metering pumps are fitted with a ruggedized crankshaft drive in two series, all of which are forward-return to ensure reliable operation of the entire pump aggregate. The stroke length can be adjusted manually and electrically or pneumatically in both operating and stationary states. The stroke can be infinitely adjusted from 0 to the maximum. The actual setting can be read on the counter or the display. Multi-pump can be the same type of pump connected, it can be different types of pumps through different crankshaft transmission to connect. Crankshaft Drives The S Series crankshaft drives are used on ORLITA® piston metering pumps and diaphragm metering pumps. Different crankshaft transmission device for a variety of pump head mold combination, so as to achieve economic operation. There is no reduction gear inside the S series crankshaft drive. Different stroke frequencies can be set via an external reduction gear. Especially in the case of multi-head, can achieve high operating efficiency. Crankshaft drive S-series stroke adjustment is accomplished by a mechanical lever in a fixed dead zone at the bottom, a feature that is well suited for high pressure applications. The rotating shaft of the crankshaft and the rotating parts on the mechanical levers ensure the corrosion-resistant and over-loaded safety of the metering pump. Crankshaft Drives The Rb Series Rb Series crankshaft drives are designed for use with the valveless piston metering pump DR. The special construction of the crankshaft allows for two mechanical movements - reciprocating motion (plunger stroke) and rotation (entrance and exit control). By setting the worm gear unit to reduce the speed of the drive motor to achieve the pump stroke frequency.
