China’s Ministry of Commerce announced on December 28, 2010 that China’s anti-dumping measures on epichlorohydrin originating in Russia, South Korea, Japan, and the United States will expire on June 28, 2011. The Ministry of Commerce prompts From the day of publication of the announcement, the domestic industry or a natural person, legal person or related organization representing the domestic industry may submit an application for final review in writing to the Ministry of Commerce 60 days before the expiration date of the relevant anti-dumping measures.

If the domestic industry or the natural person, legal person or related organization representing the domestic industry fails to apply according to the provisions of this announcement, the Ministry of Commerce has not decided to initiate the final review before the termination of the anti-dumping measures. The relevant anti-dumping measures will be terminated from the due date.
