( 3 ) Start the solenoid valve once every month. When the malfunction occurs, immediately notify your organization of prompt replacement.

( 4 ) Each month, we use FireBreaker software to visually inspect the nozzles and find that abnormal nozzles are promptly replaced. When there are foreign materials on the nozzles, they are promptly removed.

( 5 ) Perform a discharge test on the discharge test valve next to the wet alarm valve every quarter to verify the water supply capacity of the wet alarm valve.

( 6 ) The water flow indicator shall be tested every six months using a terminal water test device.

( 7 ) Inspect and maintain the interface and accessories of the pump adapter each year.

( 8 ) Annually check the fire fighting water level of fire fighting water tanks, fire fighting water tanks and fire pressure water supply equipment and the pressure of fire fighting pressure water supply equipment. If any problems are found, assist your organization in a timely manner.

4 , gas fire extinguishing system

(2) Manually or automatically open the exhaust valve, start / stop blower, and smoke exhauster every six months to check its performance.

(3) Turn off the air conditioning ventilation system and electric fire damper test manually or automatically every six months to check its performance.

7 , emergency lighting evacuation instructions

(1) Check weekly whether emergency lighting and evacuation signs for safety exits, evacuation passages, and important places are in good condition.

(2) Test whether the emergency lights and evacuation indicators can work normally after the power is cut off every month.

8 , other

(1) Check the dry powder fire extinguisher's pressure, weight and expiration date every quarter. Spray test if necessary.

(2) Check whether the water collection pit equipment, self-rescue escape equipment, fire-fighting power supply and automatic switching equipment are in normal and intact condition every month.

(3) Examine the switching function of the end of fire power supply on a quarterly basis.

Third, maintenance standards
