Smart helmet CES show debut: reduce bicycle and car collision accidents
World-class car companies aim to reduce bicycle casualties and look forward to a world-class technology – a bicycle helmet that can be linked to the car. This wearable concept device, which saves the life of bicycle riders, was unveiled at the 2015 CES conference in Las Vegas. The significance of this device is to increase the safety factor by connecting drivers and riders. Innovative concept partners include Volvo Cars, POC (a leading manufacturer of protective gear for gravity athletes and bike riders) and Ericsson Communications Technologies. Bicycles are becoming more and more popular around the world, which has also led to a serious increase in bicycle accidents. Volvo wants people to ride bicycles on the road safer. And they have long solved this problem in the Volvo Car City Safety System, which is compatible with Volvo's own new XC90 model. The system will prevent collisions between the car and the bike rider through detection, warning and automatic brakes. If the calculations show that the two are about to collide, both parties will be warned to take the necessary steps to avoid the collision. Volvo drivers will use a one-on-one warning to warn the nearby bicycles to be safe, even if they happen to be blind (such as turning, behind the car or almost invisible nights). The warning lights on the helmet will tell the riders that the danger is coming.
The most significant advantage of Pull Out Kitchen Faucets is that it saves space. It has much a shorter spout and works best with small to medium-sized sinks where Pull Down Kitchen Faucets aren`t as beneficial. It`s also a more flexible design, so it shouldn`t cause too much splashing. Using longer hoses is convenient again, as it can allow filling up pots further from the sink area.

This helmet avoids accidents by establishing two-way communication between the rider and the driver to remind them of the upcoming proximity. The rider can use a Strava-like smartphone app to share his location with the driver via the Volvo Cloud and vice versa.
