Application of Xinyu GHS-70 welding wire on hydraulic support structure

The hydraulic support is an important supporting equipment for the coal mining face. The structural components include the picking beam, the front beam, the top beam, the cover beam, the tail beam, the inserting plate, the front and rear connecting rods, the shifting rod and the base. These structural members are a combined box-type structure welded by steel plates, which has a complicated structure, a large welding amount, and is prone to weld deformation. First, Xinyu GHS-70 wire characteristics
GHS-70 wire is strengthened and deuterated by adding microalloying elements. Weld metal has high impact toughness and crack resistance. Xinyu GHS-70 welding wire is used for welding Q550D. Under suitable conditions, it can be used without preheating welding, which improves working conditions and reduces production costs.

Welding conditions: I=280A, U=29V, V=36CM/Min, shielding gas: 80% Ar+20% CO2, gas flow rate 15~20L/Min, welding line energy E=13.5KJ/CM.

Third, Xinyu GHS-70 welding wire welding Q550D process points:
1, no arc welding. No arcing during welding ensures that the weld has a large amount of acicular ferrite structure. At the same time, due to the fast welding speed, the welding heat input is reduced, and when the welding line energy is controlled below 15KJ/CM, the preheating welding can be realized.
2. Welding with 80% Ar+20% CO2 mixed gas can ensure the transition of alloying elements and obtain good microstructure.
3, the use of multi-layer multi-channel misalignment welding, arc and arc should be staggered more than 50mm, to avoid arcing and arcing at the stress concentration.
4. As far as possible, use flat welding position welding, and adjacent angle welding seams strictly adopt the wrap angle welding process.
5. Choose a reasonable welding sequence. When welding, the main ribs are used for the first four weeks, and the other ribs are used; the transverse welds are welded after the longitudinal welds; the front and the rear are used; the principle of symmetry is used to weld the structural parts, which can effectively control the welding deformation of the structural parts.
