The bearing temperature is usually constrained to increase in temperature. Beyond 45 °C; if the temperature of the bearing is found to exceed 70-80 °C during monitoring; it should be stopped.
1 device and wiring CNC machine tools can use the connection of thermal resistance, multi-channel digital appearance and PLC control system; to complete the spindle bearing temperature detection.
In front, middle and rear bearings of the spindle; 4 thermal resistance devices are installed. The PLC control system collects the temperature of 4 measuring points; to monitor the temperature rise of the bearing at different orientations.
2 Control requirements and principle The temperature control system uses the thermal resistance to measure the temperature of the measuring point; the multi-channel digital appearance is used to visualize the temperature value of the spindle bearing. The PLC completes the functions of parameter setting, long-distance monitoring, data storage and alarm handling. During the programming process; there is no need to write a program to read and write PLC registers; after the data boundary method; after the I/O variables are defined; the variable names can be directly used for system control, operation display, data record and alarm.
The system sets a launch button to start the control program; set two red and green indicators to show the temperature. The temperature of the four measuring points is within the demand range; the green light is on; indicating that the spindle can work normally, when the temperature of a certain measured point When the upper limit is reached; even if the spindle speed has not reached the demand; the red light is on; the corresponding bearing alarm on the CNC system appears. The operator immediately suspends the operation; and according to the corresponding alarm number, the situation of the corresponding bearing position of the spindle bearing is checked. Then prevent the spindle bearing from grinding the appearance.
