Although 70 furniture projects won more than 1 million yuan in bids in November, 8 more than last year, but the amount of a single project is not as good as last year. The winning amount of the largest project in November was only 6.53 million yuan, while last year's largest bid was as high as 34.127 million yuan, and there were as many as 7 projects winning more than 7 million yuan last year.

 

The person in charge of the local government procurement center said that since the central government has strictly controlled the construction of party and government offices, there have been few large-scale furniture procurement projects.

 

It is understood that in July, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the “Notice on the Party and Government Organs Stopping Building New Buildings and Halls and Cleaning Office Spaces,” stipulating that party and government organs at all levels must not use Reasons to build new buildings, stop building and purchase buildings, strictly prohibit building of buildings in the name of "college", "center", etc. For buildings that have been approved but have not yet started construction, all buildings will be suspended build.
