Causes of zinc particles on the surface of galvanized strip steel
The water sampling system is a integration system used for boilers' water quality monitoring, testing & inspection, especially used for the high pressure & temperature boiler water steam continuous testing in the power plants, which can be very helpful for thermal systems' reliable operation. The water sampling system composed of cooling system, constant temperature units and chemical analyzers, which is widely used in in lots of industry such as nuclear power, thermal power, chemical industry etc, as monitoring and controlling the sample water flow rate, pressure and quality analyse. Also, it provided to have advantage of good treatment result, high automation level, easy to operation and management, less occupied area, compact size and convenience in transport. The water sampling system committed to provide flexible optimal solution which according to different chemical and customer requirement, and it also provide different type of control model including automatic and manual control. The main reason for the formation of zinc particles is that the bottom slag is floated by excessive mechanical agitation, so that the zinc liquid adheres to the surface of the galvanized sheet, or the temperature of the zinc liquid is too high to float the bottom slag. An excessively high aluminum content will reduce the solubility of iron in the zinc liquid and thus form zinc particles.
By reducing the zinc liquid temperature to solve the problem of zinc particles, or shorten the galvanized sheet stock time and reduce the oxidation of the strip surface, this can significantly reduce the formation of zinc particles.
