1. The initial layer of the filter bag surface of the bag dust collector is not enough. During the operation of the dust collector, if the discharge exceeds the standard and the operating pressure of the dust collector is lower than the design, the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag is most likely insufficient. The reason is that the filtering speed of the filter bag is too fast, the cleaning cycle of the filter bag is too short, the pressure of the compressed air is too high, and the load of the dust is reduced.

When the dust collector is in operation, if the filtration rate is too high, the dust discharge rate will increase. If the filtration speed is too high, the initial powder layer will be broken, and the dust will impact the filter bag and cause excessive wear. The high number of filter bags can easily lead to loose fabrics in the filter bags, which can cause excessive dust collector discharge.

2. Damage to the filter bag In the dust collector, if the filter bag is worn out, burned and corroded, dust emission from the dust collector will be exceeded. The reason that the filter bag of the dust collector is burned is mainly because the temperature of the exhaust gas is too high. If the temperature of the waste gas treated by the dust collector is longer than the working condition of the filter bag, the filter bag may be hardened and shrunk, or the hole may be melted. It is especially important when selecting a filter bag. The reason for the corrosion of the filter bag is that the condensed water in the air flow can also cause clogging of the filter bag. When the initial dust layer on the surface of the filter bag is dried due to moisture, the dust will condense and compact, causing the bag filter to go. Elasticity, if the filter bag is pulsed under this condition, the filter bag will be damaged.
