1. 1-2 sets of necessary ultrasonic equipment.
2. Electrophoresis tank, anode circulation system, ultrafiltration system, bag filter system (50 μ m-100 μ m), bath temperature monitor.
3. Pure water ensures a conductance of less than 5 μs.
4. The pure water in front of the electrophoresis tank should be tested daily. The conductance should not exceed 20 μs. The pure water in the pure water washing tank after electrophoresis should not exceed 50 μs per day.
