Design principle

(3) The fixture positioning component and the universally adjustable clamp of the synchronous design can be borrowed from each other; the angle plate positioning surface features the same combination fixture, which can meet the needs of the component rental when necessary, and the overall design meets the low manufacturing cost requirements;

(4) The fixture guiding component borrows the factory standard, which has strong interchangeability, and the positioning component design incorporates standardization elements;

(5) Convenient installation, adjustment and measurement of the fixture, which can replace the combined fixture and is suitable for the production of large, medium and small batch products.

2. General structure of the fixture structure

The general structure of the clamp structure is shown in Fig. 4. The positioning mechanism of the P direction is shown in Fig. 5. The positioning mechanism 2 is shown in Fig. 6.
