Automatic tool setting and measuring device

In the CNC rebuild of C8011B.C8013B wheel lathe, the NC position of the CNC system is absolute value because the clamping position of the wheel set and the distance of the tool holder are not fixed. Therefore, the manual operation is required for the workers to operate. Troublesome, for this we designed and developed an automatic tool setting and measuring device (pictured), which is mounted on the tool holder.
