Advantages:

10. If the sand board is stuck, it is forbidden to forcibly remove it during operation. It must be stopped first to make sure that the machine is adjusted after the machine stops.
11. When the machine is running abnormally, it should be immediately shut down and handed over to the professional for maintenance, and the power supply should be disconnected during maintenance.
12, the operator must shut down when leaving the post due to things, to prevent talking with people in the operation.
13. Avoid using a certain section of the belt to increase the utilization rate of the belt.
14. When replacing the belt in the middle, the suction valve must be closed and installed in the direction of the moving arrow of the belt.

17. Before going to work, you must clean the machine and the work site to clean the dust around the machine. The motor is not allowed to accumulate dust, and the daily maintenance work of the equipment is done.
18. After the work is finished, turn off the main power, air source and suction valve after closing each motor with the control program.
19. Keep the machine and the surrounding clean.
20. Check the motor brakes daily.
21. Keep the oil mist and reducer oil sufficient.
22. Fill the shaft holes with butter every three months.
23, check the sanding machine air pipe, gas valve every day, no air leakage.
24 warning:
(1) Do not press the emergency stop button frequently unless in a special emergency such as when the machine or workpiece may cause personal injury or may cause fatal damage to the equipment;
(2) Braking should only be used in an emergency. (Because the large force generated by the brake is transmitted to the roller bearing, causing the bearing to heat up, wear and even damage, and also accelerate the wear of the brake pad)
(3) The pressure setting of the compressed air barometer is very important. A reasonable set value can improve the pneumatic control kinetic energy.
