Unpacking

The cylinder is sealed with a vaporized rust inhibitor, so the plug of the inlet must not be removed before assembly. If the plug is removed, it must be installed on the body immediately and filled with oil in the cylinder.

Rust prevention

After the cylinder is mounted on the body, if the piston is placed under the extension, grease must be applied to the exposed portion of the piston rod.

speed

For normal-sized cylinders, when the operating speed exceeds 2m/s, the service life will be affected. In the case of 0.3m/s as the end of the stroke, it is recommended to install the buffer mechanism internally for the purpose of protection of the mechanism and safety. In addition, when the cylinder is stopped, in order to protect the cylinder mechanism and safety, the line must also be considered to prevent a large impact. In order to increase the oil return of the cylinder, special attention should be paid to the design of the circuit. When operating at a low speed of 0.5 m/min or less, the operation (especially vibration) will be affected. Therefore, when running at low speed, it should be negotiated.

Running

At the beginning of the operation, the air in the cylinder must be completely drained. In the case of residual air, take full operation at low speed to remove air. If the residual air in the cylinder is subjected to rapid clamping, the seal may be burnt due to the action of the hydraulic oil. In addition, if a negative pressure is generated inside the cylinder during the operation, an abnormality may occur due to cavitation.
