According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, in January-February 2015, the investment in the six high-energy-consuming industries was 379.78 billion yuan, an increase of 12.1%, an increase of 1.8 percentage points year-on-year, and an increase of 0.5 percentage points over the whole year of 2014.
