SKF's innovative solutions create added value for Chinese OEMs

Sealing solution

SKF Mudblock and SKF Trackstar are just two of the seal types dedicated to the construction industry. SKFMudblock seals are commonly used in the wheel ends of the front and rear axles, which often require a long service life under severe conditions and ensure that external contamination is eliminated. The SKF Mudblock seals the integrated sleeve with the sealing lip to integrate the seal and the facing surface. This function eliminates the need for spindle machining and thus reduces the correspondingly expensive costs. The seal also incorporates a multi-lip seal design that blocks contamination. SKF has developed nitrile compounds that are compatible with most transmission oils and greases and are used in SKF Mudblock seals.

The SKF Trackstar seal is a patented design for track pins for undercarriage applications in track-type traction devices. It retains grease inside the track pins and helps prevent the entry of external contaminants. These seals are based on SKF's long-term design experience. The main sealing materials are polyurethane and metal-reinforced rubber. The polyurethane used in the seals reduces wear and extends service life. SKF has a number of patented designs that have successfully solved the problem of track pin related sealing for several global OEM manufacturers. In addition to preventing external contamination, SKF Trackstar seals also improve track operation and reduce maintenance costs.

New lubrication solution

By reducing the relubrication interval and extending the life of the chisel and bushing, SKF hydraulic transmission oilers save time and money for end users. For OEM OEMs, it is easy to integrate into new and existing machine designs in an economical way, and SKF hydraulic transmission oilers offer end users the benefits of automated lubrication. The oiler is mounted directly on the tool and connected to the machine's existing hydraulic system. It is equipped with a standard threaded sleeve that the operator can easily and easily replace. While avoiding the complexities associated with centralized lubrication systems, manual lubrication is also required without frequent downtime, saving time and costs, and extending service intervals. The operator's intervention in the machine helps to create a safer operating environment.
