Prefabricated Steel Fabrication Frame Structure Portable Modern Modular Prefab Workshop total construction area is 5000 square meters, which is mainly divided into three parts: automobile exhibition hall, customer service reception area and automobile maintenance area. The overall design wind load is 0.63kn/m2, the snow pressure is 0.25 kn/m2, the building height is 9m, the exhibition hall has an internal mezzanine, the second floor is used for office, and the second floor design load is 4.0kn/m2. The structure adopts h-shaped steel door type steel frame, which has large space, convenient use and low cost. The exterior wall is made of glass curtain with rock wool composite board. The roof is made of on-site modular roof, 0.6mm steel plate and double-layer aluminum foil 75mm glass wool insulation.

Packing&Shipping: 1.All of the steel column and beams plates and edges will be packed with blankets to protect them from the container bump during the shippment. 2.To make the loading more efficient and save some delivery cost, 40OT container is prefered for loading the steel frames. 3.All the wall and roof panels will be filmed by two sides and fixedly setted in the 40HQ container. 4.All the windows and doors will be protected with bubble rapping paper and fixedly  setted  in the container.
