In mid-to-late October, US solar energy company SolarWorld and six other anonymous solar panel manufacturers filed a trade complaint with the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, demanding that the US government conduct anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on Chinese solar panels exported to the United States.
