Recently, Daqing Oilfield Gas Production Branch built a thermal insulation shed in the construction of Shengshen 2-1 block to ensure the welding quality, which reduced the two processes of pre-weld preheating and post-weld heat treatment, and improved work efficiency.
As the temperature has been declining and the wind is also large, the Capital Construction Engineering Management Center of the Gas Production Branch has taken active and effective winter construction protection measures to ensure the smooth operation of the capacity building project of the Shengshen 2-1 block. They built a thermal insulation shed at the construction site of the Shengshen 1 gas gathering station and the Shengshen 2 gas gathering station, and placed heating equipment to increase the temperature inside the shed.
This measure improves the welding environment temperature, and ensures the high efficiency and high quality of the high-pressure gas well engineering while preventing the weld from delaying the crack tendency and improving the welding quality.
