A, oil sampling requirements
1) Sampling container: The container should be rinsed with distilled or deionized water and cleaned isopropyl alcohol or high-clean ethanol, and then dried for use. If the container is rinsed with the sample taken, it should be taken immediately after rinsing, or a PULL/Puller 250ml cleaning bottle (NAS16380) can be purchased.
2) The sampling tube needs to be of good quality, can withstand long-term resistance to insulating oil corrosion and does not produce any chemical reaction with the insulating oil, nor does it induce or catalyze the insulating oil. The pre-use sampling tube must be distilled water or deionized water. Rinse the container with cleaned isopropyl alcohol or high-clean ethanol and dry for use.
3) Sampling of new oil: Sampling from the middle to the bottom of the oil drum using a sampling tube. If there is any free water in the oil, it should be sampled from the bottom of the oil drum. The sampling tool should be cleaned and dried with cleaned isopropanol or high-clean ethanol. Dry spare. To avoid settling, the liquid should be thoroughly agitated prior to sampling.
4) Running oil sampling: The sampling valve should be cleaned with cleaned isopropanol or high-cleaning ethanol before sampling; at least 1~2L of liquid should be discharged from the valve before sampling, and the valve opening during flushing and sampling Adjustments should not be made.
B, sampling special device
The oil sampling tool includes a Puller negative pressure oil sampler, a NAS16380 hose, and a 250ml oil NAS16380 cleaning bottle.
Note: When taking the next oil sample, please replace the new (cleaned and sealed) special sampling tube to avoid cross-infection between the previous oil sample and the next oil sample, which will lead to misjudgment of oil detection. During the sampling process, the oil is taken under negative pressure, and the Puller tubing and PULL/Puller 250ml cleaning bottle have been purified in advance (up to NAS16380), and the oil pipe and oil bottle are barely exposed during the oil extraction process. The atmosphere makes the airborne dust rarely mixed into the oil, making the oil pollution index measurement closer to the true value.
C, pay attention to the problem
When sampling, take a sample from the lower valve of the transformer (including the sealed sampling valve). The oil valve should be cleaned with a clean grade A cotton yarn or gauze before sampling. Unscrew the nut, connect the oil-resistant tube for sampling, drain the pipeline and drain the oil. The flushed oil should be collected and should not be discharged directly to the site. After the tubing is rinsed out, take a sample bottle and sample it. End the sample, cover the stopper and tighten the device nut. Note: When taking the next oil sample, please replace the special sampling tube in time to prevent cross contamination of the oil sample.
Sampling is not allowed when the oil temperature is lower than the ambient temperature. It should not be sampled when the relative humidity is higher than 75%. It should not be sampled in weather with wind and rain. If sampling under special circumstances, the corresponding measures must be taken. sampling.
Before measuring, first observe the appearance of the measured medium to see if there are visible impurities, bubbles or oily media containing water droplets. If there are more impurities, it is not advisable to use the instrument for detection, as large particles (>500mm) may cause blockage of the sensor. Excessive water content in the oil will seriously affect the measurement results, so that the measured amount of particles is seriously high; in this case, the dehydration treatment should be carried out before taking measurements or considering oil changes.
The viscosity of the measured medium is also the user's attention. In the case of sampling and measurement, the viscosity should generally not exceed 100 mm 2 / s; in the case of high pressure on-line measurement, the measurable viscosity should generally not exceed 500 mm 2 / s. The viscosity limit is preferably such that the measured medium can be smoothly inhaled into the system. If the measured medium is too viscous, it needs to be diluted before it can be measured.
