Our factory uses the single-axis hexagonal automatic lathe produced by Nanjing Machine Tool Factory to process small standard parts mold products. The workpiece end face has knife marks when the radial cutting is finished, which seriously affects the surface roughness of the workpiece, so that the workpiece can not meet the qualified requirements. Here we have designed and manufactured an automatic retracting device. After years of use, the effect is very good, and the surface roughness of the product meets the technical requirements of the process.
