Large arc surface automatic turning

Our factory undertakes the processing of foreign elbows, and needs to manufacture several kinds of elbow core boxes as shown in Fig. 1, among which the large inner circular surface R350~R400mm is the key to turning processing. Manual machining does not guarantee dimensional accuracy and surface roughness, and the machined surface is not smooth. To solve this problem, we designed and built an automatic turning tool (Fig. 2).
