Recently, Black Cyclone Machinery Co., Ltd. held a team leader training event. The training participants included 26 teams from the Mechanical Division and the Building Materials Division. This is the second intensive training following the special training on Team Construction and Management in January 2009.
The training focuses on the construction of the team and the management practice of the team leader. The audio-visual CD-ROM and the paper-based materials are combined to provide vivid teaching, and the team leader is taught the team building and team leader management practice knowledge. The company also organized the team leaders to visit the CSIC 612 factory in the workshop, and exchanged their experience in on-site management work. The team leaders felt that the harvest was great and the effect was good.
