1. Polygonal bakelite lining roll bearing is an important part of the rolling mill working machine seat. Among them, the polygonal bakelite lining (hereinafter referred to as bakelite tile) is widely used in a fixed manner and is easy to install. However, in use, it is found that the bakelite tile is located in the axial and radial transition zone of the roll (Fig. 1A), which often causes scorching and fracture, and the bakelite has a short service life.
