When introducing foreign mechanical presses, our factory introduced many kinds of large-size dial gauges at the same time. At the same time, we introduced two kinds of large-size dial gauges. We digested and manufactured them. The effect is good, which are as follows: 1. Measuring large size The dial gauge (Fig. 1) The gauge has a measuring range of 300 to 3000 mm, wherein the positioning seat 7, the rod 5, and the riser 1 are all made of 45 seamless steel tubes. The steel ball 6 is welded to the vertical plate 8. The positioning seat 7 and the rod body 5 are fixed by the hexagonal screw 3 to prevent loosening, and then locked with the nut 2. Adjust the distance l according to the measured size, and write down the percentage at this time.
