Edible mushroom reasonable topdressing technology

First, we must pay attention to the addition method. There are usually three ways to add nutrient solution: spraying, soaking, and filling. The time for spraying the nutrient solution is preferably when a large number of fruiting bodies are present. Spraying should pay attention to the nozzle should not face the fruiting body, but also pay attention to the "four no spray": First, the young mushroom buds are not sprayed, so as not to "swell"; the second is just picking mushrooms or having mushroom residues Do not spray, so as not to cause bacterial diseases; third, when the air humidity is too high, do not spray; Fourth, the mushroom shed (room) does not spray when the pests are serious. The soaking method is mainly used for edible fungi in bagged plants. After harvesting 1 to 2 mushrooms, if the cultivation bag is in a serious water shortage state, it can be soaked in the prepared nutrient solution until it recovers to near the original weight. The acupoint method is mainly used on the bed of bacteria. This method can be used when the mushroom bed has more mushrooms and the water and nutrient consumption is too large. The specific method is as follows: the mushroom bed is drilled at a hole distance of 10 cm, and the prepared nutrient solution is flooded into the bed, and the nutrient solution is added to cover the soil.

Second, the concentration should be appropriate. When the concentration of nutrient solution is too high, not only the absorption of hyphae is difficult, but also the hyphae can be hindered or even damaged. When the concentration is too low, the effect is not obvious, and the purpose of high yield cannot be achieved. At a suitable concentration, the nutrient solution should be added according to the water content of the culture material: if the water content of the culture material is high, the concentration of the nutrient solution should be increased, the water consumption should be reduced, and the ventilation amount should be increased after the addition. On the contrary, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced and the water consumption should be increased. Commonly used nutrient solution concentrations are: urea 0.3% to 0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%, etc., we must grasp the principle of "less and diligent".
Third, the nutrients should be comprehensive. Several nutrient solutions should be used interchangeably so that the nutrients obtained by the fruiting bodies are comprehensive and reasonable. If hormones are used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, they should be used after supplementing the nutrient solution.
Fourth, we must pay attention to changes in the environment. When the temperature reaches 20 °C or above, the hyphae are difficult to form high-quality fruit bodies, and no nutrient solution can be added except for the high-temperature type edible fungi.
